We go to this community garden to build plant beds, move mulch, plant seeds, maintain plants, and/or harvest plants. This allows community members in need to pick their own produce for free.
While there are many needs at the RMHC, we mainly assist in food prep for the residents here. If you did not know, families of hospital-bound patients can live here instead of being separated from their loved ones thanks to McDonald's.
