Cheerful Chalk

Everyone falls victim to bad days. We all need a pick-me-up, and no time is better than random moments. Something as easy as writing kind messages on the sidewalk for pedestrians to stumble upon - hopefully not literally - can make their day.

Periodically and during special occasions we, as a group, go to different neighborhoods to write uplifting messages, kind words, and playful pictures in chalk on the sidewalks of consenting businesses and homeowners. Our hope is that people walking by on the sidewalk will feel a little encouraged as they pass by to go about their day.

We also welcome using the leftover chalk to continue spreading kind messages on the sidewalks near your house!
